People have bought into this false sense of job security that working for someone else provides and as we all have seen lately there is no such thing as job security.

Unfortunately there is a whole generation out there (baby boomers) that were brought up to believe that job security was the way to go. Get a good job with a big company invest in a 401 k and draw social security. Baby boomers are very security minded people and when they retire they will more than likely liquidate all their paper assets for fear of loosing them. They have all worked the same job for thirty or forty years and now all of sudden they don’t have that routine in their life to rely on. Add that to the stock market bust and Enron crisis and you will see a general pancake and millions of people pulling their money out of the stock market.

People just do not have a clue that they can get involved in real estate right now no matter were they are and what their financial situation is. If you are someone who wants to better yourself, start your own business and make more money but just do not know how to start or apply what they have learned, look no further.
