Some people just refuse to believe that they can replace thier annual salary through real estate investing and only having to put in half the hours. It is a fact that you can make more money on one deal than it takes you a full year to at your regular job. The problem is that we have been programmed since birth to believe the only way to make money is to get a job and earn a paycheck. Where do you think the owner of the company you work for gets thier paycheck? They create it. They dont rely on somone else they take matters into thier own hands and make it happen. You can do the same thing all you have to do is want it bad enough.
